The Ritz-Carlton, Harbin
views were spectacular. Tallest building in Harbin with view of Ice and Snow Park, and Sun Island. Concierge had a long down top coat that he loaned me. All the staff was attntive and anxious to help.

Even though I did my reservation in advance, they didn't have a room available upon my arrival. The person in charged walked me two blocks away to a building with rooms.
