"We really liked this modern rental. Great furnishings, and the basement games were so fun. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we were surprised to find that there were some beach items and chairs in the garage. Know that the beds in the basement referenced in a prior review were disassembled when we were there. Some time after inquiry and after booking, the host said that we couldn’t use the beds in the basement. This is likely for safety, but why have the beds there to begin with? FYI the fireplace had a sign that it was not to be used. We didn’t plan on using it due to our visit being in the summer. Plenty of bedding was available. "

"In town for a wedding. The unit is beautifully updated in a fabulous old building. Just not much in the immediate neighborhood that you can walk to. It was a good location for our needs. Definitely recommend and would stay again. "

"This house was great for our intergenerational family of six adults and three children. The beaches and restaurants are only five minutes away. Upon arrival, the house was immaculate, and contactless check-in was easy. The house has quality finishes and comfortable furniture in the family-friendly, open-concept living area. We enjoyed movie nights with the kids, which is hard to do in most rentals with nine people. The kitchen had nice appliances and most things we needed. The four bedrooms all had king beds and were comfortable with quality linens. The closets provided ample room for luggage storage, and one was used as a “nursery” with a pack ‘n’ play baby bed. The primary suite is huge and easily accommodated two toddler beds that we brought. There are wood blinds on all the windows throughout the house but no blackout curtains in the bedrooms, so I would bring an eye mask if we go again. Having the washer/dryer on the 2nd floor is convenient. There are ample bath towels and beach towels, and four beach chairs available that we did not use. Minimalism is appreciated without a zillion pillows everywhere. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with a walking path, a bridge, and a small harbor with amazing boats. The community pool is small but has a pleasant temperature and is only a couple of minutes down the block. Parking is restricted, but three spaces are available, and free parking at the resort is only 5 minutes away.This is one of the best rentals we have stayed in."
