"We were able to obtain one of the allocated parking spaces. All staff very friendly. Lovely breakfast. Staff went the extra mile. Weather was awful on the Sunday morning (lots of snow) and they helped us get the car out which took a bit of effort. All done in good humour. We would stay again."

"Long time since I had been to this Hotel and my memories were that about 15 years ago it was a tired looking place. I was aware that there had been a refurb and was pleasantly surprised with the look of the hotel, our room was lovely and the King size bed was fantasticly comfortable. My wife loved the Spa and used it everyday. The location is excellent for exploring Harrogate the only downside was the £15 a day parking fee which for a paying guest is a bit much. The snowfall over the weekend was lovely as well."

"Historic hotel so quite a maze inside ! Met one elderly gentleman who was lost !! Signage was confusing. Room was comfortable & decent size. We were there when it was frosty outside for three days and the room wasn’t overly warm. Not helped by the fact - discovered on day 2, that we had a bathroom window which was open !! Leave a note to tell people please ?? Excellent breakfast & friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay "

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a first floor suite at West Park Hotel. Room was spacious with a comfortable bed and large seating area and a view over the park. We dined in two nights and the food was of a very good quality Staff are friendly and the service excellent. Breakfast is a bit hit and miss (very young waiting staff) but this did not detract from our overall experience. As regards the lack of parking it was easy to park outside between 6pm and 8am for free and we used the meter parking for up to three hours either side of this. There is also the NCP car park a minute or two around the corner £7.40 per 24 hours."
