On the first floor is a handy small cloakroom, and a light, airy, open-plan cooking, dining and living space. The kitchen area is equipped with washer/dryer, full-sized dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and combi microwave/oven. Dining is casual at the breakfast bar, or convivial around the table which easily seats four, and the large, enticingly comfy, modular sofa is the perfect spot to unwind in front of the wall-mounted Smart TV, or simply just lounge, relax…
… then retire upstairs for a restful night’s sleep in the luxuriously-appointed second floor bedrooms. The master features a super-king bed – which can be split into twins as required – and an ensuite with shower. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed, both bedrooms have wall-mounted Smart TVs, and the sumptuously spacious house bathroom contains a free-standing bath tub and twin wash-basins.
Whether your visit is for leisure or business, 45a is an excellent town centre base; the apartment is just a stone’s throw from Betty’s Tea Rooms, the Turkish Baths, and a wide selection of restaurants, bars and boutiques. Harrogate’s Convention Centre and train station are a five minute walk away, and the property has free Wi-Fi throughout.
Families are very welcome, but pets are not permitted. For parking we recommend that guests use the secure Jubilee car-park, opposite the apartment, charges apply.
