"The room was neat but not very clean as we found other guests clothing left in the bathroom and at the end of the kids bed was a lots of dust and cobwebs. One of our lamps bottom shad was barely hanging on. "

All of the courtesy phones were out of order which was unfortunate as I only have a non US cell phone and had to pay...

"Very clean and a nice environment to stay at. The mall is close to the building so if you need anything such as food, clothes etc everything is in the perimeter. Downtown Seattle is just 15-25mins away depending traffic."
