"Staff were helpful and great to talk to, and parking was convenient. Actual hotel is a bit of a walk from town centre, so bear that in mind (there is a bus stop within a 5min walk). On the other hand the area was nice and quiet (although I did stay outside of the academic year). Also this hotel has communal kitchens on each floor where you can cook and store leftovers, but there is no restaurant, although the Halifax Hall nearby does if you need a meal."

"We stayed for 1 night to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary. Our first impressions were that it had a lovely buzz about it and the hotel had been refurbished to a very high standard. The staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. Our room was immaculate and had all of the facilities one would expect.
