"What a unique and interesting property with an amazing Staff. One Person in particular, I believe her name was Leonia, went over and above to help us in any way possible . She was extremely caring and even made us food baskets for our early morning flight as we had to leave the hotel before breakfast time. We stayed in the tower and had amazing mountains and lake view. The only thing I would perhaps change was to have an actual buffet where the guest were to chose what they wanted to eat. Still,...

"Very nice rooms, firm bed and excellent breakfast. Dinner was very good, too, with excellent service. Location is one minute from bus and boat stop and the lake."

"Wonderful lodge in a wonderful valley! Great service. Great breakfast. It is on a busy road, so road noise was an issue if the window was open, and warm enough that we wanted it open all night. I think the rooms on the south side of the property would be quieter. Not a lot of nearby dining options, so would be great if they reopen their beautiful restaurant."

"The hotel appears to be set up more as a conference centre than the as advertised relaxing spa hotel. We booked this hotel for the spa experience/treatment but found out on arrival that the spa doesn't open until after 5 pm (when the conferences finish). We booked a massage (they had to get someone in because they don't have an onsite masseuse) we asked if it would be possible to have at least the whirlpool switch on for after the massage but they left it drained. The food was ok but nothing to...
