"A lovely apartment, about 25 mins walk from the centre of St Jean de Luz. The accommodation was excellent (we provided our own towels and sheets) and communication with the owner was good. We had one small issue while we were there, but this was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed and expected. Thanks very much!"

"Very strange to find a newly built hotel with NO AIR CONDITIONING! The receptionist kindly lent us a fan which helped a little. There was no extractor fan in the toilet either, which meant it smelled pretty bad. The location is fantastic and the views of the sea are stunning. At the end of our stay, we were expected to clean the apartment, strip the beds and remove all rubbish. Not a major problem but we weren’t expecting this."

"The property, from architecture to experience, is all about luxury. From the initial greeting to departure, the entire stay was lovely. I had a beautiful room with 5 (or 6?) floor to ceiling windows, a bathtub (💖), and twin beds. We were welcomed with champagne and lemon cookies, and the complimentary teas were delicious and high quality. The welcome for my little dog was sweet and beautiful. And although the chef has recently changed, the wait staff is knowledgeable, refined, and gracious. My thanks to Nisma, Denis, and others at reception, to Pierre and Christophe, the voituriers, and to the young lady who engraved the little dog tag for Rambo, many thanks!"

Great stopover

"We were impressed with the quality and comfort of this hotel, close to the motorway for a one night stay during an extended trip in France. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious and comfortable with modern features. The breakfast was fresh and delicious with plenty of selections. I think the croissant was one of the best I had during the month of our vacation! Also I was very pleased to see staff members cleaning and disinfecting tables between each guest. I appreciate the dedication to health and safety! Parking was plentiful and although outdoors, it was locked securely at night. Most importantly, they were dog friendly and had space to walk our dog too. Last but not least, even though it was in close proximity to the motorway it was very quiet and easy to sleep. "
