"Maddie (the owner)was there if required and very helpful. Well equipped and quiet place to stay. If you have children there is a vast amount od toys and a toy shed. There are chickens at the end of the garden and love to be fed any scraps you have left. The garden is well kept and very pleasant. I give it 5 stars."

"Had a really lovely stay in your beautiful holiday home. Gorgeous and relaxing surroundings and couldn’t have asked for more in the house itself. Extremely clean, modern and fully stocked with everything we needed i really loved the little extras like the yummy cakes & drinks on arrival. Christine was a wonderful and super friendly host, greeting us as we arrived and gave a very good tour of the house. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Boulleville and would love to return in the future. "

"We had a very pleasant stay at this quirky octagonal cottage. It is in a little hamlet up a long lane so was very quiet. The owners house was closer than it seems in the photos but she left us to ourselves unless we needed something. The lane to the Le Gibet is narrow but is one way so you don't have to worry about meeting another car going up. Entering the lane going up the hill is fine as its on the right. "We were here twice on a return travel from the Netherlands to the south of France. I would rate this location as OK for a transit, I would however not recommend staying here for a longer holiday because it is very noisy especially when there were other guests in the same building. House had a bit of a musty smell and there was some moisture. It does give you a typical French/old house idea from a positive point of view. Swimming pool is small and has a view on a barn.
