"Hotel has obviously come a long way, rooms and reception looks great, hallways and bar need a recarpet which is coming and scaffolding on front will come down. Will be a great hotel as soon as it's finished, great staff, really helpful. Car park is small but there's free parking opposite overnight and you can move your car in the morning it's fine.
