"We stayed here as part of our road trip around New Zealand. All staff were smashing, the room was ideal for our needs and very clean although it was looking a little tired. Ideally situated, within walking distance of the many shops and restaurants. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"This hotel's location offered stunning views and convenient access to nearby attractions. The value for the price paid was exceptional, making it a worthwhile stay. However, the lack of elevator access could pose a challenge for guests with mobility concerns. Additionally, the uncovered front stairs and tiles might be slippery and dangerous during rainy weather. "We had an excellent stay. Swiss is a new, modern and spacious building with convenient parking in the basement. Room was nice, clean … and equally spacious. Staffceas friendly and flexible. We used the shared washing machine and dryer, it worked fine. Maybe only two `negative` things to mention … the tap in the bathroom was just able to reach over the sink, hence some water spill on the table top, and the breakfast was a bit `flat`. However, these are minor issues and only mentioned by spoiled...
