"The room was great we were on the top floor with a view. Thought we were going to have issues with the booking as noone answered the phone when we rang, also left a message and messaged them on here with noone getting back to me. Still managed to do a late check in just rang the cell number on the door when we got there. "

"Excellent quality clean modern rooms very reasonably priced. Good location for our stay, parking on site, large screen TV, was a lot of pleasant surprises I didnt expect from a small motel, it was definitely value for money and would highly recommend. "

"Stayed only one night. Room was spacious clean and comfortable with a view of the beach and ocean from our room and balcony. Hot tub in the room went unused by us but was a nice amenity to have."

"I would have loved to give 5 stars for everything. Our stay was relaxing and so much fun for the kids. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. My only issue was SOME of your reception staff are quite rude and their attitudes match their rude looking faces. The ground keepers were always welcoming and cheerful. Cleaning staff were happy and helpful. Thank you kennedy park for our overall enjoyable stay"

"Great motor inn overlooking the sea and only a 10 minute walk from the Art Deco centre. Large room, nicely furnished with a very large comfortable bed. There are numerous eating options closeby."
