Comfortable bungalow with private garden 5 mins walk from beach

A semi-detached bungalow on a quiet residential, privately owned estate. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee machine. Lobby area with washing machine; wet room with shower, lounge with large flat screen smart TV and internet adjacent to bedroom with comfortable king size bed. Separate dining room with table. Secure private garden with summerhouse and lawned area; off-road parking for two cars. All towels, including beach towels and dog towels provided. One small to middle sized well-behaved dog allowed.

Just two minutes drive to local shops, pubs and nearest beach. The 5 mile beach has excellent facilities for swimming, paddle boarding, kite surfing, sailing and fishing. Wonderful walks on a long sandy beach at low tide, with lovely views over to the the Isle of Wight and the Solent. The historical cities of Portsmouth and Chichester and the beautiful South Downs National Park, are all under 30 minutes drive.

Property was lovely - very comfortable, well equipped, excellent location. Good size TV for wet days, nice area to sit out, secure garden for dog. Excellent communication too. Great place to stay and we hope to be back.

nice bungalow and quiet area
the bungalow was clean and comfortable a little on the small side for us, would have liked a dressing table for hair and makeup and a full length mirror. The garden was perfect and our little dog loved it. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of glasses and dishes. We were lucky with the weather and were able to go out to different places. Overall a nice place to stay.

Idyllic
There are not enough superlatives to express how and why we love this holiday. The hosts are hospitable, caring and helful people. The bungalow was pristine, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped and lacked nothing. Jax loved the garden as we did. The five minute walk to the seafront is exactly that. Shops, cafes and restaurants close by, as are the shops and pubs. Will be returning. stocked of utilities complement of
