Ödediğiniz bedelin karşılığına alamamak..
Termal sudan yararlanmak için konakladık ama termal su havuzları çok küçük ve hafta sonları çok kalabalık bu yüzden zorlandık, oteldeki termal bölüm kullanışlı, akşam yemeği olsun kahvaltı olsun klasik konaklama bedelinin bu kadar yüksek olmasına rağmen hem termalden yararlanma olanakları olsun hemde yiyeceklerin bu fiyata yakışmayan sunumda olması insanda hayal kırıklığı yaratmakta..

Genel hatlarıyla memnun kaldığımız bir konaklama oldu. Sadece konaklama öncesi telefon ile aranarak rezervasyon sırasında ödeme yapmadığımız fiyatta yanlışlık yapıldığı vs. Yanlış bilgiler verdiler. Gittiğimizdede odamızda çocuk yatağı koyulmamış ve 2 yetişkin 1 çocuk sıkıştık rezervasyondaki bilgiler görülerek hazırlık yapılmalıydı, yatarken sıkışıklık yaşandı. Bunlara rağmen iyi geçti diyebiliriz, personel iyi tekrar gidilir.
