"Clean and lovely, in beautiful jungle setting, just minutes from Uxmal ruins. Restaurant/bar on-site is only option for food if you don't have a car, but the service and food were great. We asked for rooms away from the main check-in (it's closer to the road and less private), and though they'd already assigned us 3 rooms, they were happy to accommodate, and changed us to another building. Pools are fabulous--a treat after a day at the ruins."

"Excellent location across from Uxmal ruins. Very interesting history of the Hacienda as well, including famous people such as Queen Elizabeth who stayed there! Breakfast was delicious and pool cocktails were also great. Grounds are beautiful and filled with colorful birds. Staff was accommodating. Don't expect uber modern luxury."

"Hidden gem. There's nothing in that town. I asked the host to recommend me a restaurant. It was absolutely dreadful, it was a truck stop, a f*ck load of mosquitoes. And the food was .5 out of 5 stars.the beds sucked, no t.v. took them about 6 hours after we checked for them to hit the breakers, so we can have electricity in our small cabaƱa,no store within walking distance. Like 10 dogs on the property. Very beautiful place but I felt like we were intruding in their little paradise"
