"The Scandic Hamar is a very clean hotel and they offer a good breakfast buffet. The beds were comfortable and the rooms well appointed. What was not so good was the staff and their attitude toward guests. They were not friendly, did not smile or offer a welcoming word. Location was great Cons: Had a dining table for 12 but no crockery or cutlery, had to ask for plates and knives and forks every day despite asking for them to just be replaced/cleaned daily without us having to request every day.
