"On my visit to Norway I looked for a property close to where I was working. As a keen golfer I noticed the property advertised an on site golf course and driving range. This was the main reason I booked this hotel. I paid extra to fly my clubs over. To my surprise on arrival there was not a golf course in site or driving range. When I enquired about the facility’s I was told the nearest course was over 20 minutes away. This was really disappointing. The property didn’t have an electric charge...

"They stay was great like last time, maybe the room service between day 1 and 2 could be better. Rest of the stay the conditions were good. Dinner was kind of expensive for a limited buffet. Parking was a disaster. They lack control of which car is parked where. We had cars parked on handicapped spots, on charging without charging, took 2 spots with 1 car and other places that they shouldn't. 9 out of 10 car that didn't follow the customs were Danish or Swedish. Resolve the indoor/garage parking...

"While we ultimately enjoyed our stay at a two-bedroom cottage, we were upset that the additional charge for bed linens and towels was not transparent at the time of booking. We travel on a budget and did not expect an extra charge on top of the rate for the night. They charge 140kr per person for bed linens and towels.
