A operating restaurant, housekeeping, spa and sauna, ambience and warmth, qualified and efficient staff of any sort. This hotel is so bad that it should not be open. "Great location, a short walk from the castle. Comfortable triple room, which actually had two beds in a separate section (ideal), plus a fridge and kettle. Good breakfast with an excellent array of fresh fruit, and fresh rolls. We had a very warm and helpful welcome from Mohammed; he explained how to reach the town centre and had restaurant recommendations - we enjoyed our meal at Lehner Wirthaus. A little noise from the train station but we slept well. Thoroughly recommended. "
