Decent rooms and nice breakfast buffet, but the rooms can be noisy as they open out onto an internal courtyard shared with the bar - people drinking until midnight can be a bit noisy. Also the gym is a total joke :-(

We recently stayed at your hotel and just wanted to compliment the entire management & the staff for making our staying at your property a memorable and enjoyable experience.  In our opinion, your hotel is a 4 star hotel and we really loved the architecture & room decor, atrium space, breakfast restaurant space and bar lounge, etc. Amazing breakfast each morning was presented with many fresh food options & drink selections and with very efficient service.  This experience reminded us of when we went to a 5 star all-inclusive resort.  All staff were fabulous but wanted to recognize Ms. Scholler & Ms. Ilaria Catulo from guest relations and Mr. Oliver Lomas from breakfast restaurant team for their above and beyond service provided to make our staying at NHC very comfortable. Loved this hotel, huge beautiful rooms that feel luxurious, large lobby with lots of lounge areas if you need to work or relax. Breakfast was good. It’s about a 15-20min walk to Heidelberg old town but if you don’t want to walk, there are nearby bus stops. Parking onsite is convenient. Overall I found this hotel excellent value for money

The area has several spots going under construction that it was too noisy. The air-conditioning system automatically goes out at certain temperatures and cannot be controlled individually we had to call the reception several times to get the answer that they can provide a ventilator fan. However we would like to note that little presents for our kids were very friendly and the staff at the reception were also very professional and friendly when checking in and out.
