Peaceful and comfortable spa hotel, beautiful surroundings by a river. Small but many-sided spa which was not crowded. Good breakfast.

Yhden yön reissu. Kylvin hotellin kylpylässä monta tuntia. Illalla söin erittäin hyvän aterian hyvien juomien kera. Aamiaisbuffet ihan riittävä, en kaipaa kymmeniä erilaisia syötäviä. Kaiken kaikkiaan, erittäin rentouttava reissu!
Hotelli sijaitsee aivan järven rannassa, joten ravintolasta on upeat maisememat!
Ruoka oli todella hyvää!

Hotelli on upealla paikalla, kylpylä oiva aikuisten rentoutumiseen, aamiainen riittävä ja maittava, Heinola hieno kesäkaupunki. Kun huoneita on tyhjinä, niin tulijoille kannattaa tarjota aina paras mahdollinen näkymä. Se saa vierailijan palaamaan.

Tulin yksin yhden yön lomalle. Hotelli oli ulkoasultaan ja mukavuuksiltaan jämähtänyt jonnekin 90-luvulle, uudempaa spa-osastoa lukuunottamatta. Ravintolan ruoka oli erittäin hyvää, aamupala perus settiä. Huone kaipaisi kovasti ilmastointia, koska ovi auki ei voi luonnon ja autotie melun takia nukkua. Palvelu oli ystävällistä mutta ei mitenkään mieleenpainuvaa. Ympäröivät lenkkeilymaastot viimeisen päälle ja tunnelma erittäin rauhallinen. Mielestäni hinta näillä puitteilla liian korkea, voisin tulla uudestaan huokeammalla hinnalla. Olisin toivonut että pyöriä voisi lainata ilmaiseksi näillä hinnoilla. Myös lokerikkojen kolikkosysteemi ihmetytti tänä päivänä.

Ihana paikka kauniissa ympäristössä, jonne pystyi helposti mennä vuokrapyörillä. Spa:sta mahdollisuus käydä myös järvessä uimassa. Hyvä aamupala, ei tosin paljoa vaihtoehtoja gluteenittomalle ruokavaliolle esim. jälkiruokakeksejä, vain leipää. Kumpelissa oli myös pieni sali, ja monenlaisia saunoja yhteisissä tiloissa. Niissä kuitenkin uikkarikielto eli pitäisi olla alasti sekasaunassa joten niissä ei tullut käytyä. Tykkäsin silti tosi paljon Kumpelista kokonaisuudessaan <3

Loistava sijainti, upealla näkymällä. Hieman kulahtaneet pinnat sekä huoneissa että ravintolassa. Sängyt kaipaa päivitystä. Upeat terassit ja kiva kylpyläosasto.
