When a power outage caused by a lightning storm made the water heater go out, the homeowner was very quick to respond and the local maintenance guy was great. We felt well taken care of. Gorgeous views, serene time spent on the patio and a quiet neighborhood."

"We rode out hurricane Milton at this location after evacuating from the Tampa Bay area. The house itself is very charming and cozy and kept us warm and dry despite the downpour. Dan and Margaret were very accommodating and understanding of our situation. They were easy to get a hold of and helped with any problems that came up--the power went out for a few hours, and the lock on the front door had a small malfunction but both of these problems were resolved quickly. We really enjoyed our stay...
