Staff is incredibly friendly, their pet policy is very reasonable, and overall this Sonesta ES is a great value. "We decided to stay due to long layover, arrived in the wee houra of the morning and there was no shuttle service to the hotel, understable, but I did see the Marriot Hotel shuttle picking up some guests. Maybe Hilton should reconsider providing that service? Called an Uber and arrived, everything was super clean. "Stayed for several days and nights. Great room and breakfast provided every day was amazing! Used the shuttle service several times to visit local restaurants and sites. Location was superb! In between two town centers with a fabulous trail system connecting them right behind the hotel. "

"Fine for what it is. Very close to airport and metro, which is nice. Not anything else nearby so if you get in late in the evening plan to DoorDash Taco Bell or McDonald’s. There’s a Main Street you can uber to with a few pubs and things that stay open a bit later but nothing walkable. Nice rooms with microwave, mini fridge and complimentary bottled water, which was awesome since I arrived around 1am and didn’t want to go hunting for water. "Everything is exceptional except for the dust, yes just plain dust on the bedside tables. I have had a severe cold/cough for over 4 weeks and history of allergies. I did not wet dust myself as l did not want this stuff to get airborne. Photos as proof. "
