"My husband and I loved staying here. The staff is very nice, the concierge was very resourceful who connected us with a good taxi. The roof top pool area was my favorite along with the gym. The food was good room service was great but I got sick from the ceviche. Overall safe and clean. They have no central heater but they brought me a plug in heater. "

"The breakfast buffet is a must it has a great variety with a good price! The dinner menu needs to be revised not too many options and not very filling. The restaurant delivers with an amazing view of El Zocalo. The lobby is spectacular from the champagne greeting to the stain glass ceiling views.
