"Und wieder war es eine wunderschöne Woche im Waldhaus Wiersdorf! Die Ruhe, die Natur, die Gemütlichkeit.. unvergleichbar! Wie die anderen Male auch hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. "The owner was very good at communicating, although I only gave a 3 for accuracy of the listing because it stated there was a washing machine but one was not available. We were on a 3 week vacation so we were hoping to do some washing. However the kitchen was very well set up with an abundance of coffee and tea. The bedrooms are a good size and comfortable. I would recommend this property."

"The view is spectacular!! Our kids thought the place was amazing and we also enjoyed it. Owner was very quick to answer any questions we had. It's a little tricky to get to; but that was likely due to us not being from Germany/the area/understanding how the roads work. Once we understood how to get to it, it was a breeze to come and go. "We had some difficulty finding the apartment since GPS showed the location as the house to the left of the actually property. A picture in the listing to show the house from the road may help. The apartment is well stocked and very clean. We were very happy with our stay, enjoying the peaceful area, We visited Trier and Luxembourg which were a short drive away. Gisela was very pleasant and helpful. We were able to overcome the communications barrier with my limited German! Thank you"

The views of the town from the well-appointed deck and apartment were among the best I’d ever experienced.
