"If you have a large group and looking for quality, this is the place. The kitchen and living room areas are very spacious, as are the bedrooms upstairs. We went in the summertime and the resort area was quiet, which was exactly what we were hoping this time of the year. Overall, excellent experience."

"Wonderful house with lots of space for multiple families. Furnishings are in great condition and comfortable. House is located in a quiet part of Hidden Valley Resort with only a few houses on the street, and a short drive to the pools, golf and pickleball courts in the resort. Loved having 2 washers and 2 dryers in a huge entry foyer where we could also stash all of our golf clubs and bikes. House was well stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, food wraps/ziplocs, dishwashing items, sugar, oil, and some spices. Only thing to be aware of is that the entire lower level, including 2 lower level bedrooms, is accessed via a spiral staircase, and the loft bedroom is open to the rest of the house and accessed via a ladder. Something to be aware of with small children or when trying to move suitcases to those locations. Highly recommended house and location!"

"The Homestead had everything we needed for our 2 families with kids and a Grandmom for a weekend retreat. The host provided clear and helpful communication and made sure we had everything we needed upon arrival and during our stay. This home was extremely comfortable, with beautiful wood burning fireplaces to keep things cozy (and even make s'mores) to an outdoor firepit and deck. The TVs had all the needed streaming services too, so everyone was able to watch what they wanted! All of the rooms had extra heaters to ensure the temp for each room was perfect for each guest, as well as plenty of closet or drawer space for your items. The kitchen was well stocked and clean and the host ensured amenities were available and aplenty! My family especially loved the coffee nook - everything they needed as coffee lovers (and even hot chocolate!) The home was very clean and everything was in good working order. Even the bathrooms had jars of cotton swabs and dental floss in case you didn't bring yours! And for the skiers, the boot dryer in the ski room was the best to dry out your boots for the next day! Thank you so very much, Paul, for thinking of everything we could possibly need for a weekend of skiing and fun with family. We look forward to returning to Hidden Valley and your lovely home!
