"The views are spectacular , the staff at the reception are nice, not that much at the Zion spa . English is a problem , they all speak Slovak and polish. No air condition in the whole hotel. How come , a 5 star hotel without air condition in the summer where temp is 95. They asked us to open the window and they brought us a fan from 1990 . "Standard double room advertised as much bigger, see photos e.g. with armchair and desk space. In reality, there is no armchair and desk available, apart from of the TV's, so the room is definitely smaller, e.g. the one you see under twin bed room. Some of the spaces will need some improvement in the next few years, but still a 4/5. Apart from this, I am very satisfied, clean, silent, and well equipped spaces, great kitchen ( food quality), the Wellness suit is AMAZING. And the Staff is...

"We love to stay in this hotel whenever possible. The view itself is just stunning. On the strong end, besides the view, is the spa area- pleasant swimming pool, nice saunas and massages with great staff. On the weaker end the whole dining service is rather poor- breakfast choice is limited and of a lower quality, certainly not matching the place's standards. "I stayed at this hotel during my business trip for one night. At my arrival the check in was super quick by very professional staff. The room was very nice, clean and spacious, furniture very stylish and modern making you feel like in 5* hotel. Bathroom was nice and good to with basic supplies provided. "The hotel, overall was nice. The service was very good and the breakfast and dinner, which were included, were also very good. One minor point was that there was nothing in the room in the way of coffee, water, or any type of mini-bar. My only real complaint is that although I had prepaid through Hotels.com, apparently they were not aware and charged me again. I am currently waiting for Hotels.com to resolve the issue "
