"4 adults, 6 kids (ages 15-8)What an amazing house! Across the street from the Red Bar and short walking distance to the beach. Rooms are very nice sized and the multiple washers and dryers were a big plus! So many areas to sit outside and hang out. The agents were always quick to respond via text or phone. Would stay again!"

"A large, lovely home nestled in a quiet area just a few minutes walk from the beach. Large bedrooms and bathrooms and big porches on each level. So helpful to have a beach umbrella and beach chairs to use. If you stay here, you may need to pick up a roll of paper towels, napkins, and make sure to bring your own laundry detergent. We ran a load of towels halfway through our visit. Only negatives are we weren't able to access the ping pong area and the main area slip covers need a wash. Highly recommend!!"

"Property was great! The house was beautiful and very comfortable. House was well equipped and advertised accurately. Beach views everywhere and we enjoyed starting and ending our day outside on the porch with oceanviews. The location was great and within walking distance to several shops and restaurants. Beach access was great too. Grayton is a wonderful place to stay. The host was prompt and very helpful answering questions. Overall a fantastic trip with family and friends celebrating our daughter who leaves soon for college. Would definitely stay again! Thank you for sharing your home."
