"Booked this for a last minute break. Good town centre location. Parking options near by.Plenty if space. Very clean. Some furnishings show some tiredness, but overall very good and would go back if the price was right. We liked Kings Lynn and the surrounding area. Norwich an hour or so away. Roads can be congested, so allow for that."

"As far as the stay I honestly couldn’t fault it my bed was super comfy I stayed in the queen suite with shared bathroom it was spotless and warm too Helen had the radiators on and an electric blanket in the bed which was much welcomed as I stayed mid- January. If you do stay in this room just switch the blanket on and wait an hour you might not be able to feel it to the touch but once you get into bed you’ll feel it. There was plenty of tea & coffee plus nice little touches like water chocolate...

"Having arrived in the town, I was called by the owner stating the toilet in the room had been flooded or something by previous guests and so there was no room for me to have. I then had to spend double the cost of the room on another room, and so now need to claim my money back. This was not helped by there being a music festival going on and most rooms in the town were already occupied. Yes the guy was very sorry and all that, but this was half an hour before I was due to check in."

"I was in one of the cheaper lodges not overlooking the lakes and closer to the bins. Lodge was clean overall and simply equipped with the standard fittings. I didn’t use any of the restaurants on site and check in was very easy. "
