"From the moment we tried to checkin, but were unable to because there was no key in the key safe, it felt like we were unexpected guests. Many, many phone calls later, it was about an hour & half before someone delivered our key. The external entry way is cluttered with chairs, rugs, etc. which makes it uninviting. "Location was amazing as expected. Unit was clean and modern. I cant believe they've built a brand new apartment block with physical keys to enter the door, only 3 lifts which leads to huge wait times to get up to your floor, and non block out blinds. Dont have a big night at the casino unless you want the sun waking you haha"
