"Family and friends visited.. great location, on water as described. Pluses: on water, had canoe,kayak, boat house, comfortable rooms, plenty of towels, pots, pans. Minuses: house could use a deep cleaning.. spiders, bugs. The back deck was very sticky, so that automatically came in the house "

"We loved our stay here, I just wish we’d had a longer trip. The house is spacious and gorgeous, beds are comfy, the house was clean, kitchen was well-equipped, and pet-friendly. Super easy to find and such a pretty drive getting there from Atlanta. The flowers and yard likewise beautiful, with daisies, pineapple sage, and mums (I think they were mums) in the front, and a picnic table too! The views are breathtaking and hands down our favorite things were the screened in porch and deck. Y’all....

"Initially impressed with cleanliness and modern upgrades to some portions of the home. Second (not main) bedroom bed was older, very soft and very uncomfortable. Main hallway (second) bathroom shower was not working properly and required the three of us to shower in the master bathroom. Not a crucial issue, but inconvenient. Holes in the ground around the fencing that would have allowed a small dog to escape. Communication with the hosts was not a positive experience."
