Waterfront Retreat is the perfect base to explore Hindmarsh Island, Goolwa, Middleton, Port Elliot, Victor Harbor & Encounter Bay. The Island is home to the Southern Hemisphere's largest freshwater marina development, including waterfront residences, a large marina, kayaking, windsurfing, tavern, café, playground, tennis courts and a biking and walking trail. Part of the river-bound island, now connected by a bridge from Goolwa, has been incorporated into Coorong National Park because of its important bird habitats. In winter there are whole fields of grazing black swans and in summer there are flocks of Cape Barren geese. The highlight of any visit is to marvel at the Murray Mouth. From Sugars Beach you can see the mouth of the Murray River – where the river meets the sea.

The home is brightly lit with an inviting queen bed in the master's bedroom with ensuite, a very accommodating two tri bunk beds in the second and third bedroom, and two single beds for 2 additional guests. Second bathroom equipped with full size bath.

The charming holiday house is fully furnished with heating and air conditioning. It has a fully equipped kitchen to prepare a sumptuous meal at night. Guests will have sole access to all living spaces along with the dock and water activities privileges.

Big screen Smart TV including a high-speed internet connection is available during your stay, The home is fully equipped with a washing machine, microwave, oven, stove, and on-site parking.
