"Fairly new hotel. Informal atmosphere with quirky decor and lots of little corners for quiet meetings. Great breakfast, and gluten free requirements satisfied. The bedroom was too warm for me, so I turned the heater off and opened the window. I have seen negative comments about there not being a kettle in the room but you can buy drinks at reception at any time and they supply hot water if you have your own mugs, teabags etc. Very friendly and helpful ‘crew’. "The area is beautiful and the city centre is easy to reach. The service and staff are great, always willing to help. We return every year, always opt for a room with breakfast, which is delicious. It’s a great place for families, child friendly with playground on site. Overall good, but the cleaning / room service could be better. I actually approached a cleaner asking to clean the room again. I raised this before, please can management address the issue with the room cleaning."

"The location was outside of Dresden city centre but we actually preferred this as it was green and quiet. There is a bus stop right outside and buses came every 15 mins going further towards the centre or the SBahn (trains). Rooms were big. It would be nice if the double room had a tea facility like the 4 bed. It was great that you could actually open the window to let a fresh breeze in. There was also the option of aircon. Lots to eat at the breakfast buffet. We did not try the spa, all in all...
