"Very nice hotel with a great sauna that wasn’t super busy, restaurant had delicious food with a nice views, private beach on the lake was really enjoyable and even though our room was 300m up a very steep hill (and we had no car) the views were well worth it. Only downside was there was no spa treatments or massages available as the person was on leave. This town is definitely a place where you want to indulge in such activities, especially in peak August season. Would recommend staying here....

"The Adlerweg 9 was a great little spot to stay! My husband and I, as well as my older parents, all found it very enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well decorated; the staff was very helpful; and the breakfast was fantastic. Additionally, it’s located right near the center of Hinterzarten: 2 blocks from the train station, close to numerous restaurants and shops, and near to walking/hiking paths. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! "

"Die Ferienwohnung 5 ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Sie liegt sehr zentral. Der Bäcker und ein Metzger sind gleich nebenan, ein Supermarkt ist in ca. 600m Entfernung. Im Objekt ist zudem ein Restaurant untergebracht. Die Speisen dort sind ebenfalls sehr gut. Eine Bushaltestelle ist vor der Tür und zum Bahnhof sind es ca. 300m. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass die Züge direkt an der Wohnung vorbeifahren, allerdings gewöhnt man sich schnell an diesen Aspekt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett....
