"This was SUCH an incredible hotel. I’d easily stay here again. My only issue with it was that there were too many hidden fees that are listed as included. For example you have to pay $21 each to use the onsen PER DAY. You also have to pay a separate $21 if you want to use the gym.. PER DAY! I wish these costs were included. The free shuttle was great and never busy, and the local bus also stopped at the hotel frequently so it’s very easy to get around. It’s a bonus that you can catch the ferry...
