"My family and I had a wonderful experience at this property. The accommodations were great. It was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The furnishings made it feel like a home away from home, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, including being friendly, responsive, and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!"
"Everything about this cabin was great! The location was beautiful. There were so many fun things to do with the ping pong table and card table. We spent the majority of our time playing on the paddle boards out on the lake. Everyone adored the swinging bed. My kids slept on it all week. And the host is super helpful and communicative. "
"Check in was easy, we came in later than expected and were able to unload quickly and settle in. The view was amazing just as the listing stated. The house was comfortable and cozy, large enough for us all to have our own space but not too large as to feel distant from one another. The sunroom and porch were our favorites, we could have spent days enjoying those spaces alone. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. No complaints from our group! "
"We enjoyed our stay at this secluded cabin on the shores of Beaver Lake! Its in a nice, quiet cove with easy drive to marinas for boating fun! Loved the views of the lake from ALL rooms & deck & treehouse/gazebo was a nice hangout.Not too too steep walk to rocky beach either.The extra 1/2 bath was convenient as can never have too many of those:-)TV's in bedrooms as well as living room was nice for down time.We had a fun time at this cabin & plan to come back! "

"Overall, we had a wonderful time! But, there were a few things that could definitely be improved. The trash in the garage smelled terrible! In the bedroom above the garage, you could smell the trash! They also had us put our trash in the garage also when we left, so I hope that's taken care of for the next guest. The trash was the main thing that bothered us because you could smell it when you walked in. The driveway is really washed out, we almost had a vehicle get stuck. When we walked in, the floors where dirty, so we had to sweep. Outside on the deck could use a really good powerwash. The gas grill is in really rough shape, so we had to use the charcoal grill which was in a little better shape, but still not great. Sometimes we got whiffs of a sewer smell coming from the bathroom by the kitchen, but that eventually went away. This house has so much potential! If it was maintained, it would be perfect!Now the good things! We had really good communication with Vacasa! They messaged us and asked how clean the place was and I was honest. They were super considerate and said if we needed anything to let them know. They had all sorts of cooking utensils and pots and pans in the kitchen. The view was absolutely gorgeous! The location is great too if you like being secluded! You don't get much cell service in the house, but if you walk outside you do. Overall, it wasn't as bad as some of the other reviews I've read. "

"Big, spacious, updated vacation home. We had 12 people stay very comfortably. Super close to Beaver lake. Close to town. Home was immaculate when we arrived. The pool is smaller, but was great for all of us. There are floaties available in the garage. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Lots of beach towels and bath towels were available. If you need assistance with the house look for the book left by the property manager. Vacasa, the management company who own the property, are virtually useless. Which is a shame, because it it a wonderful vacation home. "
