"Terrible hotel. Don’t stay here. Checkin stated as from 3pm. Room not ready till 5pm even when travelling with two small children. Hotel staff told me that our room could be available from 3pm and it was their choice when it would be available - it took me getting rather frustrated for 10 minutes before they said that they apologised. Room quality really poor, food really poor, hotel al tired and staff overall poor. Don’t stay here"

"I booked this hotel at the last moment without knowing much about the area, other than I was going Obergurgl to ski. I was pleasantly surprised! I was greeted by Rebekka who walked me through all of the hotel amenities while serving me a welcome beverage. She handled every detail of my stay, including arranging my four day ski pass. "We had a wonderful stay at the Crystal VAYA, the hotel was lovely. However, at the dinner services we were shocked that we were charged €4.50 for every 750 ml bottle of tap water! To add insult to injury the dining room had a cold water tap that was switched off for the evening service forcing the overpriced tap water to be the only option for guests. Completely unacceptable particularly when already being charged a lot of money for half board. "

"This is a beautiful setting in the Alps! The hotel is lovely. The price included dinner and breakfast which can get quite pricey there, so was a saving. The only thing that was not clear was the hours of the spa and pool, so we missed them! That was quite sad for us. (Only from about 3:30-7 PM--apres ski) And if you don't have a man with you, you are in trouble with the shower---VERY hard to pull up to open. But an enjoyable stay. Would go back."
