"We received kind service upon check in, we had a car but no where to park, the staff moved his car from his spot so we could park our car. There was a helpful information sheet in prepared in English to assist us with Korean hotel custom and other FAQ. Room was clean with nice polished wooden floors. "The family room is very spacious with a large long table. It is reasonably clean and very comfortable. As we were travelling in a group of 7 senior citizens, the service staff singly carried our luggage to the 2nd floor as there is no lift available. Worth to mentioned that each luggage weight not less than 17 kg. The surrounding is beautiful and serene, garden well maintained. "
