They are friendly and knowledgeable and really made a difference for our stay. The hotel design is also very elegant and the pool has a very nice view as well. The service all around from the waitresses to front desk and especially to the concierge made this feel better than the four seasons or ritz. "

"We had an amazing experience at the Grand Beau Rivage! It is a beautiful, regal beautiful place! The service is exceptional and the location is perfect for Interlaken being near the train station and walking distance to everything in Interlaken. Highly recommended this Hotel!!!"

"The stay was great and close to everything. They gave us a free guest pass for staying for 4 days where you can get free bus rides within Interlaken and discounts. The food was also really good. This is a good hotel if you are planning to make Interlaken your base city."

"First visit to Switzerland. Absolutely fantastic. Couldn’t fault anything. Stayed in the duplex style room, amazing view overlooking the lake and surrounding mountains. A very peaceful location being so high up. Definitely wouldn’t hesitate in visiting again and staying here. Breakfast was included, good selection, including tea for us brits. 10/10 👍 (one negative, no tv in the upper room of the duplexes) "
