The ground floor features a cozy living/dining room with a fireplace, flatscreen satellite TV, radio, and seating for five. The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, filter coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle. Two bathrooms—one with a shower, washbasin, toilet, and hairdryer, the other with a washbasin and toilet—offer added convenience. Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with two single beds and a single sofa bed. Extras like a cot, high chair, changing mat, stair gate, and toys make it ideal for families with young children. Outside, enjoy a private roofed terrace (12 m²) and a partially fenced garden (70 m²) with barbecue, trampoline, sand pit, slide, football goal, swing set, and paid bicycle rental. Parking is available, and the home is pet-friendly. With a forest just 500 m away, restaurants and public transport (100 m), and swimming pools, horse riding, and lake beaches within 10 km, this is a perfect base for outdoor adventures in Saxon Switzerland.
