Cool Breeze features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms ensuring that you and your guests have plenty of space to relax and unwind. The master suite features a king bed and attached private bath. The second bedroom also offers a king bed and shares the hallway bathroom. With the bonus den that includes a queen bed, this condo can sleep up to 6 people comfortably. Please note this den is separated from the main living area by a privacy curtain.

^ Please understand that in the winter, when overnight temperatures are in the 50's, the pool may not be able to reach a warm temperature. To conserve heat, when the air temperature drops below 70 degrees the HOA will close the pool with the solar cover. Unfortunately this is the decision of the HOA and Beach Boutique Rentals has no control over the issue.

* Please note this condo allows 1 assigned parking space and additional guest parking is available on a first come, first served basis. Please keep in mind that if the elevator becomes inoperable for any reason, the stairs will be only way to access the unit.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO

At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by BEACH BOUTIQUE RENTALS for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

We require an initial 25% deposit with final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.

Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Beach Boutique cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with Saturday check-in during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Anna Maria island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
