"Central, very clean and just like the photos. We had a little issue with the guard not letting in a guest because he refused to turn down the loud music but other than that it was very good staying at the apartment cannot blame the guard either."

"Overall very good towards end of stay. Some of the front desk staff was exceptional. Thanks for organizing the fruit dish for my wife’s birthday. Breakfast staff was only attentive to certain type of people and ignore all others. The staff assigned to Dinner and breakfast before check out was excellent. Just the way we were treated when we first reserved 5 yrs ago. We were disappointed in the closure of the sky lounge and pool bar. There was no communication of this prior to booking. "

"Check in was smooth and easy however I was shocked to find out about a USD $500 deposit upon arrival. Food was good. Hotel is clean. Gym was ok. Am still awaiting release of my deposit 1 week after settling all my bills."

"The menue option was very limited. In addition, they lack to provide authentic Jamaican food. I called the front desk several times and no one answered the phone which was frustrating. However, the staff were all pleasant and accommodating. Bartender Prince and Odane were the most curtious to me and my family. "

"Is not an ideal place for a business trip since it is an apartment with no restaurants at walking distance. Be prepare for an additional charge of US$110 cash for cleaning and management charge. You need to call to arrange someone to meet you at the place as you arrive and as you leave (is not a hotel). The place is nice but is not a hotel."
