"I had a short staycation with my wife and son. Overall, the hotel was nothing short of amazing! We were very well catered for, free valet parking, amazing gluten free food choices - nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was covered in fresh flowers which were amazing. "Shower needed repair, broken electric wall socket not a big deal,lovely staff generally quite and a lovely location, road noise but not overly loud, I'm very sensitive to noise, so only annoying part was a hearing test type of tone that was persistent through the night it was there one night and not the next. The nature and Horsley towers were beautiful, reasonably priced stay."

"A nice stay on our way back from Portsmouth to Lincoln. We arrived at 10.30 pm and made very welcome, we ordered a sandwitch in the bar which was no trouble. The room was fine . Good access to the motorways and plenty of safe parking if you have a nice car. Take an hour to discovery the vast grounds of the hall before you leave. We will stay here again. Graham & Gaynor R"

"I’ve just stayed a couple of days and it’s been really nice. Ayesha on reception was brilliant on arrival and the young lad from Uruguay behind the bar equally professional and polite. I ate in the bar one night and room service the second. Enjoyed both. Great location for working around South West London and getting back on the M25. The only downsides were the travel iron (not great) and heating. The pub is right next door presenting a good option but food wasn’t great and male server not that helpful. Also annoying to ask for tip when I have to order for the food at the bar ahead of eating it. "
