All staff were friendly and approachable, we had children with additional needs and accommodations were made in a professional and supportive manner without any issue. "We stayed for the weekend in hotel, all went smoothly:) nice clean room, we slept like babies. If you get lucky you may park at the hotel, not a lot of spaces though but that’s not a big problem as car park is literally opposite hotel. "We were relocated to the other hotel- the Dolfin hotel. We were very tired and we had to walk there about 20 minutes. There was two men sitting in the garden staring at our window. It was creepy.
