"Our group was really pleased with the comfortable setup of the property - single story, well laid out, with a kitchen large and well stocked enough to cook for 5. It was lovely to arrive to milk and breakfast supplies to help with day 1! The air conditioning was very helpful on the very hot days. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the vibrant Lonsdale St or to Civic and even walking distance to the War Memorial. William is a great host, easily contactable and very responsive. "Beautifully appointed home in a really nice quiet location. Comfy beds and seating. Bedrooms and bathroom layout give plenty of privacy for all parties. Plenty of crockery, towels and cleaning products. Just marked down one star as only had 1 saucepan but 6 frying pans. Very easy access to city and major tourist sites. Would be happy to stay there again. "
