This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home offers the best in amenities:

• Outdoor grill & outdoor dining & seating options.
• A custom dog wash station (yes, we allow your furry 4-legged family member!) *Restrictions apply
• A large, gently sloped, fenced in backyard
• Fully stocked kitchen includes a coffee pot, a Keurig, electric griddle, crock pot, 2 blenders, children’s dishware, etc.! Complimentary linens & towels, HEPA air purifier
• Sonos speakers throughout the main areas of house including primary bedroom
• Smart TV with Roku
• 3 bicycles
• 2 game room areas w/ XL dry erase board for keeping score, XL wall mounted scrabble board,

Notes
- Lake Hamilton gets their water levels drawn down 3-5 feet every year for maintenance during November 1st -March 1st. This may effect the water level at this property and the ability to use the dock, fish and/or swim.
- Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras located facing the driveway in front and facing the boat dock in back. There are absolutely no cameras in the interior of the home.
- Pet fees are not automatically added on certain listing channels. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet and how many. Unapproved pets will be charged a fine in accordance with our booking policy.

This property sleeps 12 guests in 7 beds but the maximum occupancy is flexible up to 14 with the use
of the provided cots/air mattresses.

Windy Point

Beautiful Location
Our extended family had a great time at the Hamilton Harmony property over the 2024 Eclipse weekend. The location was perfect, the property was great, and everyone had a wonderful time. There were enough activities (paddle boards, kayaks, ping pong, fishing, swimming, etc) to keep four teenage boys busy and allowed everyone to relax for the days we were there. The area around Hot Springs was also wonderful, with the zip line park, the Gardens, and other interesting activities. Overall I would recommend this area and this property for any group that needs a relaxing vacation.

Lake Views for Days!
This beautiful home on the lake exceeded our expectations. The home sets in a quiet neighborhood with lake views from both the back and the front. Beautifully decorated and very clean. There are lake views from every room including the bedrooms which have their own patio or balcony. We loved the big comfy sectional and watching movies on the XL TV. The kitchen is full of supplies for cooking and there is a nice outdoor grill. The play room was a big hit along with the kayaks. Mattresses and pillows are very comfortable. This house really makes you feel like you're on vacation. We plan to book again!

It was Harmony on the Lake
Perfect spring time getaway! The house had all the essentials and then some which was very nice to have and greatly appreciated. Cookware, dishes and utensils all there, we did not need anything extra or wished we had anything else. All bedrooms were spacious, well decorated, clean and comfortable beds. It appeared to be a newly renovated property as the floors, carpets and furniture all appeared new. The sitting area was great for morning coffee and the living room was large enough for all 10 of us to be in there comfortably. We enjoyed dinning in the evenings on the patio. The kayaks, paddle boards and corn hole boards were a pleasant surprise and used daily. The kids enjoyed the game room and the dog wash station came in clutch after the dogs had been swimming in the lake all day. We definitely enjoyed the home and highly recommend this place. Wonderful Fall Getaway!
We met my brother and his family here for our kids' fall breaks as it was a convenient half-way point between our respective homes. We had a wonderful stay! The home, yard, and dock are just as the photos indicate. We loved being able to spread out both inside and outside. The house is very well suited for multiple families and the cousins loved the game room! We were grateful that the fenced yard and dog wash station allowed us to bring our 45 lb chocolate lab. She loved being able to join us on the dock and go swimming! The hosts very generously allowed us to use their kayaks and other games and water equipment which genuinely added to our stay. The kids loved taking turns kayaking to the nearby islands. The adults enjoyed morning coffee in the lounge chairs by the water's edge. Everything in the kitchen was very conveniently labeled which made preparing meals easy and intuitive! The swivel chairs near the dining table made a great gathering place for games to be played while waiting on dinner. Many thanks to the hosts for sharing their home with us!

Family Vacation
Our entire family of 12 had an awesome time. We enjoyed the lake along with the paddle board, the kayaks and the floats. The house itself was exceptionally nice and one of the best stocked VRBOs that we have stayed in. We will definitely consider coming back next summer for our family getaway

Relaxing and Great Location
This property is located on peaceful dead end street with water access in backyard and views from the front yard, too. Perfect for a relaxing stay, yet very short drive to the downtown area for all the major attractions. We loved our family getaway here!
