This hotel in Beijing offers a unique local style, complemented by exceptionally friendly staff and 5-star service. Though the rooms are small due to the building's conversion from local housing, they are well-designed and comfortable, featuring modern bathrooms and bedrooms. Voice-controlled lights and curtains (in Chinese) add a high-tech touch, and the toilet seat includes a washing function. Guests can enjoy complimentary afternoon tea daily and request late evening tea, both of which are delightful. The hotel location is 2km away from the east entrance of the forbidden city and tian'anmen square. It's really in the center of the old Beijing. 500m to subway station.
