When you don't want to go far from your stay, head for the shared year-round pool for an invigorating dip or grill out on the natural gas grill situated on the custom patio.

Ready to kick your feet up and relax, head inside your spacious retreat where you will find an open-concept layout. Lounging in the living room will come easily amongst the soft seating and large TV. The full kitchen boasts a suite of stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and ample meal prep space. When it's time to eat, gather as a family at the adjacent wooden dining table that can expand to accommodate twelve people. This home has original artwork throughout the house.

The en suite bedrooms are comfortable, sizable, and feature soft linens. Additional interior perks include body lotion, body wash, and a heated towel bar and bidet in the primary bedroom's bathroom. There is a private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning! This home has a generator for backup power.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
