The airport shuttle is what made me choose this hotel. The staff at the desk was very professional and accommodated my request. The hotel is very dated, and badly needs a full reno; but the room was clean. Dining facilities nearby are limited, but the Chinese restaurant attached to the hotel was very good.

There was a gas leak detected. Originally the front desk was dismissive, but a sane person called the gas company. Fire department was called and the hall was evacuated. It is indicative of the cost-cutting corners that hotel took.

Did not like the policy re shuttle service. The driver could not pick us up at airport until stated policy time. We had to sit in the cold damp conditions for another half hour after waiting 20 min to begin with. Total lack of consideration for guests. Never again!

When I approached the front desk, the clerk was not very friendly and didn’t provide any information, so I had to ask. The reviews mentioned the breakfast was nice, but I was quite disappointed — it was just muffins, bread, and toast. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Costco right across the street. Couple of chinese restaurants (one is hong kong food) on the first floor of the hotel. Our room smelled quite a bit, and the carpet floor wasn't very clean. Spacious tub was really nice. It would fit two adults

We needed the hotel for a long layover overnight. We just went there to sleep but it was nice and quiet. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and everything worked. The only downfall was the airport shuttle closed before we landed so we had to get a taxi which was pricey.
