"What a treat to stay here after a two day trek from Kalaw to Inle Lake. The hotel is on the outskirts of the main part of town but it was truly a mini oasis once you entered the grounds. The staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating. This was one of the few places in Myanmar that had a set breakfast instead of a buffet but this was one of the most beautiful breakfast setups during my travels! I can't recommend this hotel enough. If you come to Nyaungshwe, do yourself a favor...

"Hotel was nice. Made to order breakfast was good (but ends at 9:30 am). Apparently the double bed rooms are just 2 twin beds pushed together. When we tried to explain that we had booked a double bed, they just shoved the beds together and told us that all the rooms were like that. Never found out if that was true.
