能體會飯店經營不易，這次的住宿經驗也實在不理想。房間較舊，光線昏暗，燈泡壞了也沒換。冷氣設備一開啟，毛絮亂飛至床單上！地板有頭髮、前一位住客的水、毛巾未收。浴室浴簾泛黃發霉…致電客服人員，也未有改善措施。
