"Solid 4-star property. Very clean, and the rooms were elegant and fresh. Clean carpet and no deodorizing spray. Bathrooms had a modern appeal with a rustic wood trim. "We needed to change rooms after the first night. The first room had no hot water for the shower, one side of the bathroom sink faucet did not work. There were a number of lights that did not work also. The next morning we asked for another room which they gave us. We had hot water but the rain shower did not work. I know this sounds like I am being very picky but for an up scale hotel I expect better. "

"The hotel was really impressive, the rooms spacious and clean, the service meticulous. One small quibble - the refrigerator didn't seem able to keep things very cool. The neighborhood was not exactly pedestrian-friendly, but there were some shops and restaurants within walking distance, and for longer excursions the staff were able to summon taxis without too much trouble."

"This property peaked many years ago. The wallpaper is peeling off all over the room. It lacks enough electrical outlets for modern usage. I stayed for two nights. The staff called me after my first morning to tell me that I had left luggage in my room. Of course I had; I was staying another night. Very strange. "
